2 tsp green tea matcha powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 TBS hemp protein powder (optional)
2 medium overripe bananas
1 large egg, whisked
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 1 TBS maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup canola oil
sliced almonds for topping (optional)
