Guasacaca – Venezuelan Avocado Salsa

A guacamole type sauce from Venezuela that can be used as a dip, spread or sauce for various dishes.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, peeled seeded and chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 TBSP diced jalapeno
1 clove garlic
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or 1/2 tsp dry cilantro
1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dry parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
