Here is the simplest recipe for chocolate truffles, which are absolutely divine! I have been invited for a passover dinner and I always think it is better to make yourself (and be proud of it) some little treats to bring along!
Ingredients
200 gr of good dark chocolate
10 cl of sour cream (crème fraîche if you can find it)
2 teaspoons of rum (if you fancy a little alcoholic taste)
10 gr of cocoa powder
