Hazelnut Goji Dark-Chocolate Cookies
Hazelnut Goji Dark-Chocolate Cookies – vegan, gluten-free, full of superfood and taste.
1/2 cup (60 g) goji berries, soaked for around 30 minutes and drained then coarsely chopped.
2 1/2 cup (300 g) gluten-free flour (you can try buckwheat flour)
1 cup (240 g) organic pure hazelnut butter
3.5 oz (100 g) dark vegan chocolate bar at least 85%, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup (80 ml) melted coconut oil
1/2 cup (100 g) organic raw cane (unrefined) sugar
pinch salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup (80 ml) agave or maple syrup
1 Tbs pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120 ml) hazelnut or other plant based milk of choice.
