Tender Hazelnut Mocha Spelt Cookies, made with spelt flour and grapeseed oil and perfectly studded with hazelnuts and chocolate chips.

2 cups light spelt flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp finely ground coffee
1 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup almond milk
