Healthy Apple Carrot Oatmeal Muffins

Welcome the fall season with apple carrot oatmeal muffins; made with whole grains, applesauce, carrots and sweetened with honey. Refined sugar-free recipe.

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey (adjust according to taste)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
dash of sea salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 heaping cup (packed) grated carrot
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp raisins for topping
