Easy single serve dessert full of antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats and naturally occurring sugars.
Ingredients
1/2 cup any milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
2 tbsp cacao powder (cocoa powder is OK too)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 large Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life & it’s optional)
1 tbsp any nuts (optional)
Any fresh or frozen fruit and berries, for topping (optional)
