This Healthy Mexican Layer Dip starts with a base of hummus and is packed with fresh veggies.
Ingredients
1 container of Sabra Hummus (I used garlic)
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
½ cup Sabra Salsa (I used pico de gallo)
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
½ cup grape tomatoes, chopped into quarters
¼ cup yellow or red onion
½ jalapeño pepper, de-seeded and chopped (optional)
1 avocado, pitted and chopped
juice from 1 lime
1-2 ounces queso fresco, crumbled
1 large handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
