Ingredients
1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
1/2 cup frozen pineapple, mango or peaches
3/4 to 1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp pure almond extract
2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut cream (optional)
2 tbsp granola or roasted pumpkin seeds
