1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
6 tablespoons salted butter (softened)
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoons 2% milk (any milk is fine)
1/4 cup butterscotch baking chips, chopped
1/4 cup white baking chips, chopped
