This homemade caramel sauce will make you want to eat it by the spoonful. It is that good.
Ingredients
20-25 pitted dates (80-100 g) pitted dates (not Medjool), soaked in water for at least 4 hours (reserve the soaking water!)
2 tablespoons soaking water
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp (15-20g) coconut sugar or date syrup
