Prep time: 30 minutes
Homemade cottage cheese with herbs (paneer style) – can also be made using lactose free milk.
2l milk (lactose free works fine as well)
50ml (white wine) vinegar
4 tsp salt
3-4 Tbsp chopped herbs (e.g. chive, basil, parsley, mint, oregano)
