Homemade Nut Butter, Three Ways
Homemade nut butter, three ways! Spicy peanut, toasted coconut macadamia and vanilla almond sunbutter.
Vanilla Almond Sunbutter:
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon coconut sugar or muscovado sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil, avocado oil or other neutral flavored oil
Spicy Peanut Butter:
2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons peanut oil or avocado oil
1½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon chili powder
⅛-1/4 teaspoon cayenne
¼ tsp salt
Toasted Coconut Macadamia:
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
