It’s Halloween – so bring on the candy! These Snickers bars are vegan, gluten-free, and very addictive
Ingredients
For the Nougat:
½ cup slivered almonds
1 tablespoon light molasses (golden syrup)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons confectioner’s sugar (icing sugar)
To Assemble:
3 tablespoons peanut butter, or more
2 – 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts or almonds, optional
2 tablespoons Dairy-Free, Vegan Caramel* or date caramel (pureed dates)
1 tablespoon almond milk
½ cup dark chocolate chips
