Ingredients
1/2 small seedless watermelon, chopped (about 6 cups)
1 pint strawberries, quartered
1/2 pint blueberries
3 Persian cucumbers (or 1 seedless cucumber), sliced
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 pinch salt (optional)
