Ice Cream Snickers Cakes
A summer dessert for all chocolate lovers. The cakes are very rich, but refreshing. They are the perfect combination of sweet and bitter, with salted peanuts and raw dates caramel.
1st Layer:
150 g vegan dark chocolate
2 table spoons peanut butter
1 table spoon coconut oil
2nd Layer:
150 g macadamia nuts (soaked overnight and drained)
4 dates (soaked for 2 hours and drained)
1 table spoon peanut butter
150 g silken tofu
1 table spoon maple syrup
1 table spoon coconut oil
3rd Layer:
50 g salted peanuts
4th Layer:
1 cup dates (soaked for 2 hours and drained)
1 table spoon peanut butter
a pinch of salt
1 table spoon coconut oil
2 table spoons agave syrup
3 table spoons water
5th Layer:
100g vegan dark chocolate
1 table spoon peanut butter
1 table spoon coconut milk
