Boost your immunity and kick-start your day with this anti-inflammatory, ginger-infused green smoothie.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 pear
1/2 to 1 teaspoon peeled fresh ginger, chopped or grated
1 to 1 and 1/2 cups mixed greens (if you’re not used to green smoothies, use just 1 cup)
1 to 1 and 1/2 cups water, coconut water or non-dairy milk (the thicker you want it, the less liquid)
optional: sweetener to taste (dates, stevia, agave…)
optional: toppings of choice (I used sunflower seeds)
