6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup turbinado or light brown sugar
3 Tablespoons honey or light corn syrup
3 – 4 Tablespoons Irish Whiskey
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon course salt, plus more for sprinkling
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
