Ingredients
For the Salad:
2 tbsp olive or coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, black eyed peas or lentils; drained and patted dry
1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
2 tbsp raw unfiltered honey
8 cups baby kale
For the Dressing:
⅓ cup cashew butter or tahini
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp Braggs Aminos
1 clove garlic
juice of 3 lemons
