Fresh gram flour – 1 cup
Milk – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbs (melted)
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cashew nut – 2 tbs (broken into small pieces)
Raisins – 2 tbs
Almond – 2 tbs chopped
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Rose essence – Few drops
