Ingredients
¼ cup coconut oil or unsalted butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
¾ cup fat free yogurt
½ tsp grated lemon zest
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup rolled or quick cooking oat
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
¾ cup blueberries (fresh/frozen)
