A simple recipe for healthy granola bars flavored with bright citrus and naturally sweetened with honey. (gluten-free)

Ingredients

1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
3/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
zest of 1 lemon
