½ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup yogurt
1/3 cup milk
2 – 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon honey
Extra honey, to serve
