I try not to write too many “OMG this food is so delicious” posts. But oh my goodness, these candied pecans are so delicious!

Ingredients

2 cups pecan halves
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup golden monkfruit sweetener (lakanto) or equivalent sweetener
1/4 cup yacon syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
