Baked apples recipe – Gluten free and incredibly easy to make. A real crowd pleaser and a great way to use up all those autumn apples!
Ingredients
45 g / 3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp muscovado sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp almond flour
20 g / 1/4 cup rolled oats (use GF if needed)
2 small apples (about 150 g each)
