Delicious and fragrant banana bread like granola full of healthy fats from nuts, seeds and coconut oil. Plus, it’s gluten-free!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats, gluten free
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of tahini or any nut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
