1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 sour cream, room temperature
1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 egg yolk, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 ounces (3/4 cup) semi sweet chocolate, melted and cooled

Chocolate Ganache:
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
