This healthy salad makes a perfect dinner for two. The creamy dressing is massaged into the raw kale making it easy to chew and incredibly delicious.
Ingredients
1 bunch of green leafy kale de-stemmed
For Dressing:
1/4 of an avocado
1 tablespoon tahini
1.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
