Ingredients

½ cup hot water
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1-2 teaspoons matcha tea powder
1-2 tablespoons coconut butter
1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 scoop protein of your choice, optional
1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or stevia to taste optional
