Ingredients
For the pie dough:
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ cup shortening
½ cup cold butter
6-7 tbsp ice cold water
For the filling:
4 cups blueberries
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Pinch salt
2 tsp raspberry vinegar, or lemon juice
