A refreshing smoothie with raw cacao and calming mint, perfect for breakfast or a revitalizing post-workout snack.
Ingredients
1 cup of almond milk
1 frozen banana (peel and freeze)
2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder, or cacao nibs
2/3 medjool dates (pitted)
1 small handful of spinach
7-9 leaves of fresh mint
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
a few cubes of ice
optional: 1 tablespoon of almond butter, or peanut butter
