Miso-Maple Vegan Popcorn
Ingredients
1 cup corn kernels
½ tbsp oil, to brush the pan with
¾ cup / 180 ml maple syrup*
½ cup / 120 ml coconut cream (from a tin)
2 tbsp smooth almond butter (100% almonds)
½ tsp baking soda
½-¾ tsp fine sea salt
2 level tbsp miso paste (I used red)
