Mixed Berry Muffins

Serves: 12 muffins

Bring a burst of color to your life with these berry-packed muffins!

Ingredients

2 and 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 and 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups mixed berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)
