½ cup 8-grain cereal
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1 cup boiling water
1 package active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
1 cup white whole wheat flour
¾ cup bread flour or all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon avocado oil or organic canola oil
