Ingredients
1 yellow zucchini
1 green zucchini
1 cup frozen (or fresh) peas
150 g mushrooms
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 handful crushed peanuts (unsalted)
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
2 teaspoons salt
pinch ground pepper
pinch garlic powder
pinch chilli powder
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
