Gluten free Persian Rice flour cookies mildly flavored with cardamom and rose water.
Ingredients
Rice flour – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Unsalted Butter – 1/2 cup (softened)
Oil – 1/4 cup (I used vegetable oil)
milk – 1/4 cup
Pistachios – few (finely chopped)
For the sugar syrup –
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Rose water – 1 tsp
