SUPER addicting Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars. You will NEVER know they are vegan; they are so rich and decadent.
Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced unsalted almonds
1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup rice crisp cereal (gluten free if possible)
1 cup medjool dates, pitted (about 13-15 dates, if they are not soft, soak in water first)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, divided
1 bag (10 ounce) vegan dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
1/4 teaspoon ground sea salt
