Nourishing Nut & Seed Bread

Nourishing Nut & Seed Bread is a delicious, gluten free and vegan nut & seed loaf of bread. Perfect for spreads, jams, and open faced sandwiches.

Ingredients

3 cups filtered water
1 cup raw sunflower seeds, ground
1 cup raw almonds, ground
1 cup rolled oats, gluten free
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup flax seeds, ground
¼ cup coconut flour
3 tablespoon organic coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons psyllium husk
2 tablespoons chia seed, ground
1½ tablespoon sesame seeds
1½ tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon maca powder (optional, but great flavor)
1 teaspoon caraway seeds, ground
1 teaspoon sea salt
fresh ground black pepper
small pinch of dried tarragon
