1 tbsp ground flax seeds
3 tbsp water
2 1/2 cups of rolled oats (gluten-free oats, if needed)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
