A beautiful roulade filled with homemade nutella and toasted hazelnuts
Ingredients
3 large eggs
80g (1/3 cup plus 3 tbs) light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp hazelnut liqueur (optional)
80g (2/3 cup) plain (all-purpose) flour
pinch of salt
⅔ cup homemade Nutella
¼ cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
cocoa for dusting
