This is a basic guide for stove-top, steel-cut, baked and overnight oatmeal. This guide includes basic ingredients, cooking methods and times, as well as many tips.

Ingredients

Stove-top Oatmeal Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, mix-ins, spices and flavorings of choice

Steel-Cut Oatmeal Ingredients: 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, mix-ins, spices and flavorings of choice

Baked Oatmeal Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/3 cup milk, mix-ins, spices and flavorings of choice

Overnight Oatmeal Ingredients:1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/3 cup milk, mix-ins, spices and flavorings of choice
