Ingredients
For the SHORTCAKE:
1½ cups almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon almond extract
¼ cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 pint fresh strawberries
For the COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM:
1 can full fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight.
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
