6 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup (55 grams) melted coconut oil (or butter/ghee)

1/2 cup (56 grams) coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
