Fresh peaches, homemade croutons, cherries, pecans and a tangy honey mustard dressing come together to form the perfect summer salad.
Ingredients
Fresh bakery bread of choice, cut into bite-size cubes (about 2 cups)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Bag of butter and red leaf lettuce, or another lettuce of choice
⅓ cup toasted pecans
⅓ cup dried cherries
2 ripe peaches, sliced
For the Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
