Just like our childhood sandwich – peanut butter and fruit whip together for a healthy smoothie.
Ingredients
1/3 frozen banana slices (I freeze my own)
1/3 frozen strawberries
1/3 frozen blueberries
1/2 cup (approximately) coconut milk (or whatever milk you like)
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar)
1 Tspb nut butter or Sunflower seed butter
