Healthy gluten-free brownies made with no flour, refined sugar or butter.
Ingredients
14 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
10 – 12 Medjool dates or prunes, pitted (1/2 cup packed)
2 tbsp brewed coffee (optional)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup organic/natural peanut butter, unsalted
2 tbsp chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
Cooking spray (I use Misto)
