Ingredients
2 organic pears
50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
seeds from ½ pomegranate
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 organic little gem or similar small lettuce, shredded
For the Dressing:
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
20 ml raspberry or other fruit vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
