Penne All’Arrabbiata, some like it hot, a delicious quick and easy Italian classic.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes (chopped nothing added)
3 tablespoons capers (rinsed before cooking)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 or 2 cloves of garlic chopped
hot pepper flakes as much as desired
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
3 cups cooked penne pasta (1 1/2 – 2 cups dry)
