A gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free banana bread that’s tastes so good, you’ll never believe it’s healthy!
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (approximately 4 small bananas)
4 eggs, separated
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup light agave nectar or maple syrup
optional add-ins: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts/chopped pecans/or chocolate chips
