Pistachio-Chia Yoghurt with Cacao Nibs – simple and so delicious, mouth-watering and healthy! Vegan goodie!
Ingredients
7 oz (200 g) pistachios, peeled and soaked for at least 1 hour or overnight, drained
1 Tbs organic vanilla extract
1 orange pressed and juiced +zest
3 Tbs lemon juice, divided
1/2 cup (80 g) chia seeds
2 kiwis peeled and chopped
4 Tbs agave or maple divided
1/2 cup (60 g) cacao nibs + more for garnish
raspberries or blackberries (or a mix)
